JBC/JHS Fundraiser Event Information

Hello Parents! 

We are getting close the date of our event this Saturday.  Just wanted to send out a reminder with some of the details.  Please order your tickets online early if possible.  This will help get people in the door much faster.  Also, just a few VIP tables are still available.  Seating will be limited to only VIPs and a few seats for players and children, so secure your VIP table now!  This includes your door entry.  (That’s my sales pitch.) 

Date: February 2nd, 2019

Time: 5pm-8pm

Location: Sluggers Sports Bar & Grill, 12506 NE 144th St., Kirkland

Cost:

$15 for Adults and $5 for Kids when purchased at the door

$10 for Adults and $5 for Kids - PRE-SALE TICKETS AVAILABLE ON OUR EVENTS PAGE 

VIP Seating: Can be purchased at the above link as well as part of a donation to the programs.  This option will be extremely limited as only few tables will be placed.

Event Info:

We fully anticipate this event to be at maximum capacity, so we ask for your patience as well ask that you help monitor small children during this time.  The cost of the event is to cover the cost of the food and staff at Sluggers. Your food will include a pasta bar which will include a pasta with choice of marinara or alfredo sauce, small salad, bread stick and one non-alcoholic beverage.

Please bring cash if you are paying at the door as well as for the balloon raffle and 50/50 raffle.  Credit card can be used for silent auction items. (We can take credit card for door and balloon raffle, but prefer cash). 

Auctions will close at 7:30pm
