Mission
The mission of the Juanita Basketball Club (JBC) is to promote the development of basketball skills in young girls that feed into the Juanita High School. Through our program and teams, we help girls to learn the fundamental skills needed to play at an advanced level of competition with players of comparable age and ability. Through our advance training, JBC drives girls to work hard, be accountable and to stay positive. We focus on the development of character, sportsmanship, teamwork and cooperation, on and off the basketball court.
Goal
To cultivate a strong community for the girls in the local area and to provide Juanita High School with skilled and capable basketball players. We solely exist to provide the girls in the Juanita area, a community that supports their passion for the game and enables them the opportunity to play in high school.

In addition to preparation to play high school basketball, we strive to teach and embody a growth mindset to foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement where each player can express themselves freely as a player and a person.
